We use a multimodal approach to help assist your ideal health goals. Gentle techniques such as chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilisation, webster's technique (pregnancy), pelvic blocks, nutrition, soft tissue massage as well as exercise and lifestyle recommendations.

Our practitioner’s are continually undergoing further education. From post graduate qualifications in nutrition and children’s chiropractic to sports specific seminars, so as to ensure you are provided with best-evidence guidance on yours, and your family’s journey back to optimum health.

About Us

Dr. Ron Pancho

Dr. Ron holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic as well memberships with Sports Chiropractic Australia (SCA), Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).
With a strong interest in sports and exercise rehabilitation, he has been fortunate enough to apply this knowledge to the “athletes of the workforce” ensuring people are able to work at their optimal condition.
Dr. Ron is excited to share his knowledge and experience with those who share the same passion for health,

Dr. Raphay Kazi

Dr. Raphay is well educated in his field as he holds his Bachelor of Health Science. He also achieved his Masters in Clinical Chiropractic. Besides his degrees and memberships in various prestigious Chiropractic and medical institutions across Australia, he is also a great lover of sports. So much that he is in progress to get his Diploma in International Chiropractic sports science. Nothing give Dr. Raphay so much joy as sharing his knowledge and experience with those who share the same passion for heath.

Kirstie Kiernan
Remedial Therapist

Kirstie is a driven individual who is passionate in her field. Kirstie has been involved in Massage Therapy for over 4 years. Kirstie has an interest health and fitness with a holistic approach to help her clients. Kirstie uses a variety of techniques ranging from deep tissue massage, oriental, relaxation and trigger point therapy.
Kirstie is available Wednesday Afternoons, Fridays & Saturday Mornings.

Peter West
Myotherapist

Peter specialises in soft tissue manipulation and trigger point therapies, as well as dry needling, vacuum cupping and lymphatic drainage. He embraces both the Western and Eastern philosophies of therapeutic treatment, such as mixing the sublime pinpoint heat therapy of moxibustion, with the clinical application of dry needling, creating a mix of modalities that has given some incredible results. Peter also has a focus for specific chronic conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s and fibromyalgia. Peter is available Mondays afternoon. Book online or please call our friendly staff.
